Applications Notes
ELISA: Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:32000.IHC: In paraffin embedded Human Pancreas, shows strong staining in islets of Langerhans and weak staining in acinar cells. Recommended concentration, 3ug/ml.WB: Approx. 75kDa band observed in purified membranes of Rat insulinoma cell line RIN14B (calculated MW of 48.4kDa according to NP_033957.1) . Data were published by El-Kouhen K and Morisset J, Int J Endocrinol. 2009;2009:875167; PMID: 20011057. The observed molecular weight also corresponds to earlier findings in literature with different antibodies (Morisset et al J Histochem Cytochem. 2003 Nov;51 (11) :1501-13; PMID: 14566022) . Recommended concentration: 0.1-0.3 μg/ml.
