ELISA: Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:32000.IHC: In paraffin embedded Human Colon shows staining of a cell layer between the mucosal columns and the muscularis mucosae. Recommended concentration, 3-6ug/ml.WB: Approx 50kDa band observed in Jurkat lysate (predicted MW of 50.7kDa according to NP_004374.1) . Recommended for use at 0.5-2 μg/ml.
