Purified from goat serum by ammonium sulphate precipitation followed by antigen affinity chromatography using the immunizing peptide.
Dilution
Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:32000. Western blot: Approx. 35kDa band observed in Human Uterus lysates and in preliminary testing of Human Testes lysate (calculated MW of 30.9kDa according to NP_001227.1) . This molecular weight has been observed by other commercial sources. Recommended concentration: 1-3μg/ml. Primary incubation 1 hour at room temperature.
