Description
Anti-Nogo Receptor/NgR Antibody is a humanized monoclonal antibody targeting Nogo Receptor 1 (NgR1/RTN4R) . NgR1 is a common receptor for CNS myelin-derived inhibitory factors (e.g., Nogo-A, MAG, and OMgp), the activation of which induces growth cone collapse and inhibits axonal regeneration. By specifically binding to NgR1, this antibody blocks the interaction between inhibitory ligands and the receptor, thereby lifting the restriction on neuronal growth and promoting axonal regeneration, compensatory sprouting, and synaptic plasticity. It is a vital tool for researching neural repair in spinal cord injury, stroke, and multiple sclerosis.
