VB1-050 is a highly specialized fully human monoclonal antibody target the human solute carrier family 2 member 8 protein, also known as glucose transporter 8 or GLUT8, inhibition of hexose transport and receptor-mediated internalization across various preclinical experimental models of breast, liver, prostate, and colon cancers where the target antigen exhibits preferential expression compared to limited reactivity in normal tissues.
