Description
Anti-AXL/UFO Antibody (ORY012) is a monoclonal antibody targeting the AXL receptor tyrosine kinase (also known as UFO) . The compound specifically binds to the extracellular domain of AXL, blocking the binding of its ligand Gas6 and inhibiting the activation of downstream PI3K/Akt and MAPK/ERK signaling pathways. In oncology research, such antibodies are frequently utilized to suppress tumor cell proliferation, survival, metastasis, and epithelial-mesenchymal transition (EMT) .
