MB-311 is a fully humanized monoclonal antibody targeting the tumor-associated antigen Lewis Y (LeY), acting by specifically binding to the LeY carbohydrate structures on the surface of tumor cells. The compound is an essential tool for investigating immunotherapy mechanisms against carbohydrate antigens, aiming to achieve precise clearance of tumor cells by inducing robust antibody-dependent cellular cytotoxicity (ADCC) and complement-dependent cytotoxicity (CDC) .
