Applications Notes
ELISA: Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:16000.WB: Approx 120kDa and 50kDa bands seen in Jurkat cell lysate. Recommended for use at 0.2-1 μg/ml. Please note that the weaker smaller band may represent a novel isoform of this protein and is in agreement with previous Western blot observations (J Biol Chem 1995 Mar 3;270 (9) :4575-87) .
