Description
Rabbit polyclonal antibody to HAND2 (also named as Thing-2 and Hed, dHAND) is a 24 kDa, class B member of the basic helix-loop-helix transcription factors superfamily. HAND2 contains 1 basic helix-loop-helix (bHLH) domain. HAND2 is essential for cardiac morphogenesis and required for vascular development and regulation of angiogenesis, possibly through VEGF signaling. It plays an important role in limb and branchial arch development.
