Description
Rabbit polyclonal antibody to PRMT2 is a member of the protein arginine N-methyltransferase family. It is highly expressed in androgen target organs. It participates as a co-activator of the androgen receptor (AR) -mediated transactivation. Additionally, it inhibits NF-kappa-B transcription and promotes apoptosis.
