Description
Mouse monoclonal antibody to PGR belongs to the nuclear hormone receptor family. It is an intracellular steroid receptor, which specially binds progesterone in humans. The proteins function as dimeric molecules in nuclei, which regulates the transcription of target genes in a ligand-responsive method. It involved in the regulation of eukaryotic gene expression, affect cellular proliferation and differentiation in target tissues.
