ELISA: Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:32000.WB: Experiments gave bands at approx 55kDa and 30kDa in lysates of Human Placenta and of cell line HeLa after 0.5 μg/ml antibody staining. These bands correspond to earlier findings in literature with different antibodies (Bailey et al , J Clin Endocrinol Metab. 2002 Apr;87 (4) :1717-28.; PMID: 11932306) . This protein has a calculated MW of 54.5kDa according to NP_001871.2. Recommended concentration: 0.5-1.5 μg/ml.
