ELISA: Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:8000.WB: Approx. 55-60kDa band observed in lysates of Jurkat and HepG2 (calculated MW of 51.5kDa according to NP_005375.2) . The observed molecular weight corresponds to earlier findings in literature (Ikushima et al., Proc Natl Acad Sci U S A. 1997 Mar 18;94 (6) :2609-14.; PMID: 9122243) . Recommended concentration: 0.5-1.5 μg/ml.
