Anti-Mouse Galectin-9 Antibody (BTI1X3) is an IgG2b monoclonal antibody directed against mouse Galectin-9 that promotes inflammatory responses by enhancing the secretion of IFN-γ, TNF-α, and IL-6, increases CD8 T cell and regulatory T cell frequencies, reduces graft survival through increased CD4+ and CD8+ T cell infiltration, Anti-Mouse Galectin-9 Antibody is extensively applied in research on inflammation, cancer, xenotransplantation, ischemia-reperfusion injury, colon cancer, breast cancer, and leukemia.
