Description
IBI-397 is a human monoclonal antibody (mAb) that targets SIRPα/CD172a. It enhances T cell proliferation mediated by human monocyte-derived dendritic cells, while also increasing the expression of CD86 and HLA-DR. IBI-397 exhibits antitumor activity in a mouse model of MDA-MB-231 tumors and can be used for research on myeloma.
