SK1-I hydrochloride shows no activity at SPHK1 PKCα, PKCδ, PKA, AKT1, ERK1, EGFR, CDK2, IKKβ or CamK2β. SK1-I hydrochloride enhances autophagy and has antitumor activity[2].
