• Assay Protocol:

  1. After the alkaline phosphatase reaction, wash slide with buffer, and distilled/ deionized water. 2. Add few drops of this ready to use Enhancing Reagent to cover the tissue/cell smear, for 1-2 minutes and discard. DO NOT WASH SLIDE. 3. Add few drops of ready to use alkaline phosphatase chromogen, follow instructions as outlined for these chromogens.

• Target Description:

This stable solution is used to increase the signal generated by alkaline phosphatase. It can be used with Fast red, BCIP/INT, BCIP/NBT, our Fast Red Super (organic solvents stable, cat. # AR-8211) or any other alk phos. chromogen. A single treatment of this reagent is applied before the chromogen.
