Tobemstomig is a bispecific antibody that simultaneously inhibits the PD-1 and LAG-3 immune checkpoints to potentiate T cell activation and antitumor immunity. Its research applications include investigating combination therapies and mechanisms of immune evasion in both in vitro T cell assays and in vivo oncology models.
