Scope of Service: • Prioritized access to technical support and training • Annual preventative maintenance instruction/performance • Parts and Labor for repair of defective or damaged parts * All service and repair requires the equipment be returned to MiTeGen, LLC (95 Brown Road, Suite 124, Ithaca, NY). Warranty: The service provider warrants that all work performed under this contract will be performed in a professional and timely manner. The service provider also warrants that all parts and labor used to repair the equipment will be new and of good quality. 6. Liability The service provider is not liable for any consequential or incidental damages resulting from the performance of this contract. The service provider's liability is limited to the cost of the services performed under this contract.
