• Description :

  Spinesin is a type II transmembrane serine protease (TTSP) . TTSPs have emerged as an important group of cell surface proteases with key roles in converting protein precursors into mature and functional molecules. All TTSPs are synthesized as single-chain precursors and processed into disulfide bond-linked dimers.
