DS89002333 shows good anti-tumor activity in an FL-HCC patient-derived xenograft model (expressing the DNAJB1-PRKACA fusion gene) . DS89002333 can be used in study of fibrolamellar hepatocellular carcinoma (FL-HCC) [1].
