Description
AFM24 is a bispecific TandAb antibody targeting EGFR and CD16 (FcγRIIIA), produced in CHO cells with a molecular weight of 74.5 kDa. This construct is useful for researching bispecific antibody-mediated tumor cell killing in both in vitro cytotoxicity assays and in vivo preclinical cancer models.
