Bioactivity
The TNFRSF12A biological activity is determined by its ability to inhibit TWEAK-induced weak cell death of HT29 cells. The expected ED50 for this effect is 1.0-5.0ug/ml in the presence of 1ug/ml rhTWEAK.

Sterile Filtered White lyophilized (freeze-dried) powder.
Reconstitution
Lyophilized TNFRSF12A although stable at room temperature for 3 weeks, should be stored desiccated below -18C. Upon reconstitution TNFRSF12A should be stored at 4C between 2-7 days and for future use below -18C. For long term storage it is recommended to add a carrier protein (0.1% HSA or BSA) . Please prevent freeze-thaw cycles.
