Description
CM-24 (MK-6018) is a humanized anti-CEACAM1 antibody that disrupts homophilic CEACAM1 interactions, thereby reactivating lymphocytes through restored ZAP70 phosphorylation. It is a research tool used in preclinical studies for cancers such as pancreatic carcinoma and colon adenocarcinoma, with applications in both in vitro cellular assays and in vivo mouse models.
