Opugotamig is a chimeric FOLR1-targeting antibody with a half-IgG1-κ/ (scFv-κ-heavy) -h-CH2-CH3 format. This research tool is applicable for investigating folate receptor alpha (FOLR1) biology in both in vitro assays and in vivo preclinical models relevant to oncology and targeted therapy studies.
