This antibody reacts with the E-rosette receptor on T-cells. The receptor which has a molecular weight of approximately 50 kD is present on the surface of the majority of circulating T-cells. Reactivity: these antibodies react with the majority of T-cells in peripheral lymphoid tissue, cortical thymocytes, and most T-cell neoplasms.
