ALK-IN-22 (compound I-24) is a potent ALK inhibitor with an IC50 of 2.3 nM for ALK, 3.7 nM for ALKL1196M, and 2.9 nM for ALKG1202R. It down-regulates phosphorylation of ALK and its downstream proteins, inducing apoptosis. ALK-IN-22 is suitable for studying tumors.
