  D13 is an acylhydrazone antifungal.1 It is active against C. neoformans in vitro (MIC80 = 0.06 ?g/ml) . D13 (20 mg/kg per day, p.o.) increases survival in mouse models of C. neoformans, C. albicans, or A. fumigatus infection.
