Description
Precipitating polyclonal rabbit antiserum to rat IgG2a, subclass specific. In precipitating techniques as immunoelectrophoresis and radial immunodiffusion to identify the presence of IgG2a in rat serum and other body fluids or to determine its concentration. To prepare an immunoadsorbent for the purification of rat IgG2a from serum or plasma.

Pools of purified homogenous IgG2a isolated from rat serum. Freund’s complete adjuvant is used in the first step of the immunization procedure.
