TACE Antibody

  Human, mouse, rat

• Applications:

  Western blotting (1-2 µg/ml). However, the optimal conditions should be determined individually. The immunoaffinity purified antibody detects 80-130 kDa bands, which may represent mature protein, precursor and glycosylated TACE. HeLa and Jurkat cell lysate can be used as positive control.
