Bad Antibody

• Reactivity:

  Human, mouse, rat, monkey

• Applications:

  Western blot analysis (1-2 µg/ml), immunoprecipitation (4-8 µg/ml), and Immunohistochemistry (20-40 µg/ml). However, the optimal conditions should be determined individually. The antibody detects the 22 kDa Bad protein and it does not cross-react with related family members.
