CMA

  • Description :

    CMA is a murine-selective STING agonist (Kd = 3.5 μM). It directly binds to STING and triggers a strong antiviral response through the TBK1/IRF3 route. CMA triggers type I IFN response in murine macrophages. However, does not activate human STING signaling.
