Description
GLX-351322 is a potent NADPH oxidase-4 (NOX-4) inhibitor. Displays selectivity for NOX-4 over NOX-2. GLX-351322 inhibits hydrogen peroxide production from tetracycline inducible NOX4-overexpressing cells (IC₅₀ = 5 µM).
