EZBlock™ Protease Inhibitor Cocktail VII

• Description: A cocktail of six protease inhibitors with broad specificity for the inhibition of aspartic, serine, cysteine, aminopeptidases and metalloproteases. This cocktail is recommended for use with plant cell extracts. Each vial of the cocktail has the six inhibitors reconstituted in 1 ml DMSO (Note: 1 ml is recommended for the inhibition of proteases present in 30 g of various plant tissues). Each vial contains 200 mM of (Cat. No. AEBSF, HCl (Cat. No. 1644), 10 mM of Bestatin (Cat. No. 1733), 3 m of E-64 (Cat. No. 1739), 2 mM of Leupeptin hemisulfate (Cat. No. 1648), 500 mM of 1,10-Phenanthroline and 2 mM of Pepstatin A (Cat. No. 1732). Provided with a directional insert.
