• Description :

  Iberdomide is a celebron modulator that displays an IC₅₀ of 60 nM in TR-FRET cereblon binding assay. Cereblon is a substrate receptor in the CRL4 ubiquitin ligase complex. Iberdomide is potentially useful for the treatment of systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE), an autoimmune disease that is characterized by production of autoantibodies.
