Description
ISCK03 is a cell-permeable Stem-Cell Factor/c-Kit Inhibitor that inhibits c-kit activity (IC₅₀ <2.5 μM in cell-free kinase assays) and blocks SCF-induced c-kit and Erk phosphorylation (1 μM causes >90% inhibition) without any effect on HGF-induced Erk phosphorylation in 501mel melanoma cells.
