• Description:

  TOFA is an allosteric inhibitor of acetyl Co-A carboxylase (ACC1). TOFA blocks fatty acid synthesis and Induces apoptosis in a dose-dependent manner. Stimulates neurite outgrowth and neuronal differentiation in rat pheochromocytoma cells. TOFA impairs glucose-stimulated insulin secretion after chronic treatment.
