Motolimod

• Description:

  Motolimod (VTX-2337) is a potent and selective, small molecule Toll-like receptor (TLR) 8 agonist (EC₅₀ = 100 nM) that stimulates natural killer (NK) cells, dendritic cells, and monocytes. Useful in immunotherapy for multiple oncology indications, including squamous cell carcinoma of the head and neck (SCCHN).
