• Description:

  EW-7197 is a potent ALK5 (TGF-β Type I receptor) inhibitor that displays anti metastatic activity in vivo. In vivo mice experiments show EW-7197 repeals TGF- β1 induced tumor cell migration and invasion inhibiting breast cancer metastasis to the lung. It prolongs the life span of BALB/c4T1 mice by inhibiting metastasis and enhancing the activity of cytotoxic T lymphocytes (CTLs) in 4T1 orthotropic grafted mice.
