CVT-313

• Description:

  CVT-313 is a potent and selective inhibitor of CDK2 (cyclin dependent kinase 2) arresting cell growth with IC₅₀ ranging from 1.25 to 20 µM. The Inhibition is competitive with respect to ATP (Ki = 95 nM). CVT-313 has no effect on other, nonrelated ATP-dependent serine/threonine kinases.
