- Description: DB07268 is a potent and selective JNK1 inhibitor with (IC₅₀ = 9 nM). DB07268 displays some degree of selectivity over quite a few kinases with the exceptions of CHK1, CK2, and PLK. Although DB07268 shows submicromolar potency against these three kinases, it still appears to exhibit at least 70- to 90-fold greater potency against JNK1 than CHK1, CK2, and PLK.
