ONO 1078

• Description :

  ONO-1078 is a novel leukotriene antagonist that inhibits and reverses human bronchial contraction induced by leukotrienes C4 and D4 and antigen in vitro. It also shows concentration dependent inhibition and reverses contraction of isolated human bronchus induced by LTC4 and LTD4 and antigen. ONO-1078 was 100 times more potent than FPL-55712 in inhibiting LTC4 induced contractions.
