Description
7BIO is a caspase- independent nonapoptotic cell death inducer. Also acts as an ATP-competitive FLT3 inhibitor and DYRK1A and DYRK 2 (Dual-specificity tyrosine phosphorylation-regulated kinase) inhibitor. In addition, 7BIO is a necrosis inducer and inflammasome activator. Also a potent inhibitor of Aurora kinase B and C.
