Description
VX-745 is a potent and selective inhibitor of p38α (IC₅₀ = 10 nM). It displays 22-fold greater selectivity versus p38β and no inhibition of p38γ. Also blocks TNFα production in LPS-stimulated HWB in vitro (IC₅₀ = 177 nM).
