Cell-permeable. A potent, non-ATP competitive inhibitor of MEK1/2 (IC₅₀ = 12 nM) and cellular pERK (IC₅₀ = 11 nM). Selective against a panel of other 220 kinases (displays no activity even at 10 µM).
