• Description :

  An indolocarbazole derivative with antineoplastic properties. Acts as a potent inhibitor of several tyrosine kinases including FLT3, JAK2, and TrkA with IC₅₀ values of 3, 1, and <25 nM, respectively. It suppresses JAK2/STAT5 signaling and is effective against myeloproliferative disorders in vivo.
