A cell-permeable, ATP-competitive inhibitor of casein kinase 1 (CK1) (IC₅₀ = 0.3 µM). Also inhibits ALK5 (IC₅₀ = 0.5 µM) and p38ɑMAP kinase (IC₅₀ = 12 µM). Displays selectivity over many other protein kinases.
