Description
Interleukin 12 (IL-12) is a cytokine that can act as a growth factor for activated T and NK cells, enhance the lytic activity of NK/lymphokine-activated killer cells, and stimulate the production of IFN-gamma by resting PBMC. BioVision’s IL-12 ELISA kit is a sandwich ELISA assay for the quantitative measurement of human IL-12 in serum, plasma and cell culture supernatants. The density of color is proportional to the amount of IL-12 captured from the samples.
