Description
R1663 is a factor Xa inhibitor with anticoagulant activity. R1663 does not affect bleeding time. The pharmacodynamic effects (such as inhibition of thrombin generation) and plasma concentrations of R1663 are dose-dependent. R1663 prolongs clotting time in a concentration-dependent manner and inhibits the peak height of thrombin generation and endogenous thrombin potential[1].
