    ApplicationsSSPE Buffer (20X) is a highly pure, filter-sterilized, reproducible buffer for useful for bacterial screening, hybridization procedures for nucleic acid and blot transfer applications. Working concentrations can be prepared by diluting the provided concentrate with di-water to a final concentration of 0.1X to 20X (depending on the application).
